Class action settlement checker.
Use this before filing a class action settlement claim. The goal is to verify the official source, deadline, eligibility, administrator, and proof requirements before sharing sensitive information.
Rule: real settlement notices can look boring. Scam versions often create urgency, promise large payouts, or ask for fees.
Check first
- Official settlement website and case name.
- Settlement administrator name.
- Claim deadline, exclusion deadline, objection deadline, and final approval status.
- Class period and who qualifies.
- Proof requirements and payout limits.
- Whether the form asks for sensitive information before the source is verified.
Do not file yet if
- You found it only through an ad or social post.
- The domain looks slightly wrong.
- It asks for an upfront fee.
- It promises a guaranteed large payout.
- You cannot identify the administrator or court case.
